As a result of the change in official guidance re shielding categories, we are in the process of contacting all of our customers who are due a Gas Safety check, who have previously advised us they are shielding. You will receive a letter which will give details of an appointment for us to carry out your Gas Safety check. If you remain shielded because you are in the clinically extremely vulnerable category, please contact us to discuss this. Gas safety checks are essential in enabling us to ensure your gas appliances remain safe for you [and your family] to continue to use. Unsafe appliances may create a risk of carbon monoxide, fire or explosion. Without undertaking a physical gas safety check we are unable to confirm whether or not your gas system remains safe.
All our operatives are working to our Covid-19 secure safety guidelines. View a short animation on our YouTube channel explaining what we are doing.

Health and wellbeing
This is something that everyone will be experiencing to some level during the past few months. We have all experienced a real change to all our lives. Staying connected with family, friends and neighbours is important for our own mental wellbeing as well as theirs. Remain active and have a regular walk, simple jobs such as cleaning and climbing the stairs are all good for us. Learn a new skill such as cooking something different or learn how to sew or knit.
