The Community Housing Group Limited (The Parent) was established in March 2005 and is a company limited by guarantee and registered with Companies House. The organisation is non-profit making and registered with the Tenant Service Authority (TSA). It consists of five subsidiaries.
The Parent provides the corporate services for the Group and is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the work and performance of all the subsidiaries and committees.

Service delivery within the Group is governed and controlled by a series of intra group and service level agreements that clearly set out the services to be provided by each Company, their rights and responsibilities and ensure the smooth running of the organisation. The Group has a combined turnover of £27m and is making a healthy surplus year on year. We are also attracting external grants from a range of sources.
